Managed Hosting Service

Neto offers its software as a service (SaaS), this is a model of software deployment whereby we license our application to you for use as a service on demand. We take care of the installation of your software and the maintenance of the web server on which your software runs, while you spend your time running your business.

There is no need to install software locally. All you need is a standard computer with internet access and a web browser such as Internet Explorer.

If you use our warehouse management module, the option to use mobile computers with built in bar code scanners is also available. These can be purchased or leased from us directly or through a third party.

Although our applications are hosted and managed by us, we provide our clients with the tools required to quickly and easily customise their application to suit their needs. For example clients have access to source code and files which allows them to develop / customise thier own applications using their own resources.

Infrastructure

Our web servers are hosted in one of the secure world class Softlayer data complexes. We deploy the latest, most efficient hardware which is hosted on a robust peer-connected network. Data carriers such as NTT, Level 3, SAVVIS, Internap and Global Crossing provide international connectivity.

All SoftLayer data centers maintain multiple power feeds, fiber links, dedicated generators, and battery backup. They are built from industry-leading hardware and equipment, ensuring the highest level of performance, reliability, and interoperability.

Hundreds of eyes keep a lookout for your website. The data center NOC, our own systems and the third-party service Pingdom monitor the availability of your website from many locations worldwide.
