What is the Neto E-commerce Suite?

With hundreds of advanced, built-in tools designed to help streamline business operations, the Neto E-commerce Suite is the website and shopping cart solution of choice for hundreds of growing Australian businesses.

Do I have to install Neto?

No, the Neto E-commerce Suite is a hosted application. There is no software to install or maintain. All you need is a computer with internet access. Both PC and MAC are supported by Neto.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, if you do not have a domain name you can purchase one from one of our domain name re-sellers. If you already have a domain name you can simply point it our name servers. While in development your website will be accessible through a temporary domain which we will issue to you. This allows you to make sure everything is working 100% before going live.

Can I change to Neto from my current website software?

Yes, infact most of our clients have migrated to us because they are either unhappy with their current provider or have outgrown the system they are using. We migrate websites to our platform everyday. It is usually a seamless and simple process.

How much does it cost?

Can I keep my current website design?

Yes, we understand that you may have already invested significantly in a website design. We therefore make it easy for you to migrate your current design across to our platform. We even offer website integration packages to make this process easy and seamless.

Can I customise my website / web shop?

Yes, we give you full FTP access to your website template files so that you or your design can customise the look, feel and functionality of your website and online store.If you do not have web design skills you can easily edit your website content using the inbuilt CMS.

Can I use my own designer?

Can you design my website?

Yes, we offer a custom website design service. We can design your store from scratch or help to improve your current design. We also offer a custom development service in cases where you need custom programming done.

What is the Neto Template Language (NTL)?

NTL is the template language used by Neto. It is written inline with your theme's HTML and lets you display your websites content however you see fit. You can get more information on using NTL in the Neto Help Documentation.

Can I list on eBay from Neto?

Yes, our inbuilt listing tool allows you to list and update your eBay listings directly from your Neto backend.

Can I customise my eBay listings

Yes, you have complete control over the look and feel of your eBay listings. You can create complex designs with image galleries and advanced scripting or you can keep it simple with plain text listings. The choice is yours!

When a customer buys something on eBay will the sale appear in my Neto backend?

Yes, our high level eBay integration means all transactions that happen on eBay appear on your Neto backend automatically. No more duplicate data handling!

What happens when I get an order?

When you receive a new order it will appear in your Neto backend as a new order. If you have a payment processor integrated, payment will be automatically applied or you can process payment manually at any time.Once approved you can process the order using the inbuilt order manager. You can print invoices, pick slips, shipping labels and more.

Can I process orders in bulk?

Yes, Neto's bulk order processing tools let any user proceess up to 250 orders in a single batch. Print invoices, picking slips and shipping labels in bulk and change order status in bulk.

Can multiple users process orders?

Yes, Neto has inbuilt controls that prevent more than one user editing an order at a time therefore allowing multiple users to process orders at any one time.

Can I set my own shipping rates?

Yes, you can set your own shipping rates and upload your own freight zones for optimal shipping cost management.

Can I have multiple shipping methods / carriers?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of methods you offer your customers or carriers you have setup in the system.

Can I print shipping labels?

Yes, you can print shipping labels for all major Australian carriers as well generic labels for other carriers directly from your Neto backend.

Does Neto support drop shipping and 3rd party logistics?

Yes, you can automate your dropship / 3PL business with Neto's purpose build dropship tools. Send orders to suppliers via email or FTP and process order status updates automatically.

Does Neto integrate with any accounting platforms?

Yes, Neto integrates with MYOB and SAASU. You can also integrate other accounting platforms through the use of our data integration tools.

Do I need manually import and export data between my accounting system and Neto?

If you are using a supported accounting platform the answer is no, you do not need to manually import or export between Neto and your accounting system. Instead, data will flow seamlessly between your Neto website and your accounting system at scheduled times.
