Supports Multiple Shipping Methods

Multiple shipping methods are supported. Customers are given the option to choose their preferred method at checkout and you are given the opportunity to change or edit their chosen method directly from your control panel before consignment creation. The system also supports multiple accounts with the same carrier which is ideal for advanced drop ship management.
 

Real Time Shipping Cost Calculations

Shipping costs are calculated in real time for website visitors. These can be calculated in a number of ways. The following options are offered as standard.
  • Order Weight / Cubic based on customers post code and country
  • Flat rate based on customers post code and country
  • Flat rate site wide regardless of customers post code or country
  • Flat rate by order total, customers post code and country
  • Flat rate product specific shipping rates
  • Additional factors such as price per additional item, maximum and minimum shipping cost can also be configured
 

Shipping Method By Product Type

Different shipping methods can be assigned to different products. When an order is placed the items on order will be automatically assigned to their related shipping methods for dispatch.
 


Shipping Method Availability By Post Zone

Depending on the location of the customer, only pre-defined shipping methods will be made available. For example if a customer is located in Sydney, a local Brisbane Courier Service will not be offered at checkout.

 

Automatic Suburb Selector

To reduce address input errors, Neto has developed an automatic suburb selector that completes a customer’s address automatically based on the post code entered. Utilising the Australia Post suburb data base, this tool dramatically reduces the number of undeliverable or incorrectly delivered parcels.
 

Auto Pack For Order Dispatch - NEW*

The system can intelligently pack orders and created the required consignment notes based on the orders contents, customers location and packaging available. This is ideal for high volume operations.
