The Apptizer Mobile Store addon lets you to quickly and easily create a mobile application based on your Neto website. Style and customise it to suit your needs with a simple step-by-step process, and publish an attractive app to the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Important Information: The following limitations exist with the Apptizer mobile store app:
  • Your Apptizer Mobile App will only have Paypal as the available payment method.
  • Apptizer is not available to customers on trial accounts.
  • Taxable zones in Apptizer are not customisable, and may not reflect your taxable zones in Neto. Apptizer will simply use your own country as the default taxable zone, and not charge tax to other zones.
  • Orders which are placed through the mobile store will not receive a tax invoice until dispatched.
  • Apptizer may not work if you have had Neto customise your available shipping suburbs.
  • Promotional pricing and discounts are not supported.
  • Apptizer will only sync the default customer price group.

Setup Instructions

  1. To get started, navigate to Addons, under Neto Modules, locate and install the Apptizer Mobile Store addon. 

  2. You’ll receive any warnings about products which are not compatible with your mobile app. It’s important to make note of this and make any necessary changes. Once you’re ready, click Next Step.

  3. Neto will automatically create an API key for you which is required to connect to Apptizer. Press the Complete button.

  4. A new button will appear, click Log into mobile store by Apptizer.

  5. Click the type of business you have. At this stage Apptizer only supports Restaurant’s and Shopping stores.

  6. Click the Create Now button.

  7. You’ll be redirected to your settings page. Add your Paypal Rest API Client ID and Paypal Rest API Secret. These details can be retrieved from PayPal using the instructions here.

  8. Your app will now be created. All products will be flagged as Show on Mobile App, so we recommend updating them so that only the products you wish to send are flagged. Once done, click Manage Settings in Apptizer.

  9. Click on the Data Sync tab and click Sync Now. This will take approximately 2 minutes to complete, depending on the number of products you have.

  10. Click on the Terms & Conditions tab and fill out the consumer conditions that appears before they make a purchase. Once complete, click Save Changes.

  11. Click on the App Publishing tab. When your app is ready, you’ll see the**Request to Publish** and Download buttons. Request to publish will make your app available through Apptizer, but if you want to publish it yourself click Download and follow the steps Apptizer emailed you.
