This page allows the user to change their account details. This is mainly to change their billing information but can also have the ability to edit Contact, Company and Dropshipping Information. Information that is filled out here is also prefilled for the user in the Checkout page, allowing the user to save time and checkout much quicker. This page is accessible by going into their Account Summary page and clicking on "Edit My Details".
The main contact information of the individual who is going to be billed. There are certain fields that are required to be filled in to proceed in this section.
Essentially the name of the individual who has the rights to the account.
If the account owner belongs to an organisation, this is where they insert their company's name.
Country of residence of the account owner. In addition to the Post Code field, this field is required to be filled in for the Suburb Selector to work.
Billing Address of the Account Owner. This is split over two lines.
The user enters in their post code field here. In addition to the Country field, this field is required to be filled in for the Suburb Selector to work.
When both the Post Code and Country fields are filled in, the Suburb Selector allows you to select the suburb based on the Post Code that was input in the field above.
For example, if the country Australia is selected and the post code 4101 has been inputted, the suburb selector will show a drop down of all suburbs with this post code, so the suburbs of Highgate Hill, South Brisbane and West End will appear.
The preferred payment method of the user.
This field allows the customer to put in their regular order instructions for delivery. A popular example of this is "Leave by Front Door".
The main contact information of the user. This allows the owners of the website to contact you if neccessary (such as if there is an issue with their order).
This allows the user to change their primary email address. If the email address is changed, they can use the new email to log into their account for future uses. The email registered will also recieve the emails the website will contact and send out documents (such as Order Reciepts).
The best contact phone number for the account holder is entered into this field.
Optional field for the user to enter in their Fax Number.
If the account is for a registered company, they can place their 9-digit ABN number here. As there is only 1 field, it is recommended to input their ABN number first.
The main website URL for the user's business.
If you utilise the method of dropshipping for your orders, this is a handy field to fill in. Any content that is written in this section will appear on the documentation at the footer. Great examples to have here include Return/Refund Instructions and/or Contact Information about your business. This will save only when the user clicks on the "Save Changes I Have Made" button below.
This allows the user to further add some customisation of their brand on documentation. The company logo uploaded here will appear on the header of documentation. This will save only when the user clicks on the "Save Changes I Have Made" button below.
By clicking this box, this will delete the logo that is currently stored. It will delete the logo when the user hits the "Save Changes I Have Made" button below.
