Neto monitors API usage on a per account basis. Currently there are no hard limits on the number of API calls that can be made for an account. However a fair play policy does apply.
We reserve the right to limit access to the API if we feel that excessive calls are being made. This is judged on a case by case basis.
If you are limited, you will receive a HTTP 503 (Service Unavailable) response.
When you see a response with the 503 status code you shouldn’t make any further requests until your quota has refreshed.
You can do more than one thing in a single call: For example, you can create more than one order/invoice in a single AddOrder POST. We strongly suggest structuring your integration with this in mind.
