After the Integration

Running Integration Tasks

Once you have completed the configuration, you can import and export data between Neto and MYOB. By default, data imports and exports are set on a schedule, however they can also be run manually by going to MYOB Live > Tasks and selecting the relevant integration task.

Viewing the Export Log

The Export Log provides a list of all successful and failed data export during the integration process.

This pages can be used to determine any issues that might occur during data integration process. This could include failed transfer of invoices, payments, customers or credits. The export log will tell you what the actual error is, which then gives an indication of what to fix to resolve the error.

To access the Export Log click MYOB Live > Export Log from the navigation menu.
