This guide outlines important steps for migrating your MYOB integration from the desktop NetoSync version to our newly released MYOB Live integration.
To be sure that your new MYOB version is compatible with the Live integration, you will need to be running one of the cloud versions below:
MYOB AccountRight Standard
MYOB AccountRight Plus
MYOB AccountRight Premier
Disconnect Netosync integration by stopping all active NetoSync sessions and disabling any scheduled task for running NetoSync.
Upgrade MYOB application on your system. Upgrade and optimise MYOB company file for cloud use. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact MYOB Support.
Once company is optimised and in cloud mode, follow the setup instructions to setup MYOB Live.
Important Note: When setting up MYOB Live, make sure you select the Integration State Date to reflect the date that MYOB NetoSync was disabled. This is to ensure that all transactions from that time are exported to MYOB, unless you have already manually added these orders in MYOB.
