Can I create an RMA (Return Authorisation) from the dispute?

To open an RMA from the dispute menu, simply follow the steps below.

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Sales Orders > Disputes

  2. Open the dispute you wish to open an RMA for.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the dispute and click Dispute Options and select Create RMA for disputed products.
