Can I have different invoice print formats for different customers?



You can have different invoice formats for different customers.

First you will need to create the customised invoice format. Advanced users can edit the HTML/ source code (you will typically require HTML or web design skills to do this) or you can have Neto’s in house design team create the templates for you. You can then set the invoice format that is used for a particular customer or order.

Changing the invoice template per customer

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Customers > Customers and click on the username you edit to edit.


  2. Click the Payment Details tab and select the Default Document Template.


  3. Click Save.

Changing the default invoice template

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Setup & Tools > All settings & tools.


  2. Under the Sales Orders & Invoices tab, select Invoice & Statement Settings.


  3. Select your default from the Default document template set dropdown and click Save Changes.


Editing the invoice templates

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Setup & Tools > All settings & tools.



  2. Under the System Templates tab, select Custom Invoice Templates.


  3. Click to add a new template or click the ID of the existing template to edit.
