Add extra customer fields to control panel



  1. If you require to add custom fields to your customer dashboard, you can do this by going to Setup & Tools > All settings & tools.

  2. Click on the Customers tab and click Custom Customer Fields.

  3. Click Add New button on the top right hand side.

  4. Add the details of your new custom field and click Save.




Field Name Description
Misc Field This will be the base tag name, eg. . If unsure leave this field as is.
Field Name This will be the field name as presented on the customer card.
Field Type You can make this a text or short text field, date, integer number, decimal number, True/False field or a selection box.
Show on Website The ability for customers to see this in their account.
Field Description Add an explanation of this field.
