By default, the system automatically approves new customer registrations. You can change this setting for Retail and Wholesale customers, allowing staff to manually to verify every registration before they can order from the webstore.
To do this from the Neto dashboard, navigate to Setup & Tools > All Settings & tools.
Click on the Customers tab from the left hand side navigation menu and click Customer Settings.
To enable the user, simply navigate to Customers > View customers & prospects. Find and edit the customer you wish to make changes to.
