Does each staff member have their own account and dashboard?

Yes, each staff member will have their own account and dashboard. 

You can add new staff members by going to: Setup & Tools > Staff Users > Add New button at the top right hand side.

Once added, you can assign a staff user to a user permission group to determine their user permissions. This will inlcude the menu items they have access to, their role in your organisation and the widgets / midgets they have access to on their dashboard.
