When creating a consignment, you may occasionally receive the following error-
“Error: cannot create consignment. Invalid response from (carrier) API.”
This error is in relation to the carrier integration and is most likely due to connection error and may happen intermittently. This outside of Neto’s of our control as the response comes directly from carrier.
The couriers API might be down or experiencing a high volume of traffic. Try and process the consignment again or wait 10-15 minutes make a further attempt.
