How do I cancel my Neto account?



You must cancel your Neto account in writing. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

Please contact our accounts team and specify the date from which you wish to cancel. Two weeks notice is required prior to cancelling.

A cancellation form will be sent to the email address linked to your account. Once this is returned to us, we will book the cancellation request in for you. You will receive an email notification once your account cancellation has been confirmed.

Note: You will be required to settle all outstanding balances, including transaction fees, before your cancellation will be confirmed.
