From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Setup & Tools > Shipping.
Click on Shipping Zones.
- You can filter the results by courier (carrier), preset (default), country, zone name, zone code, postcode or suburb. To view the preset shipping zones for all the major carriers already in the system click “view shipping zone presets”
Select the carrier zones you wish to view or update and apply the filter.
To delete the zone check the box next to it and click “delete selected”.
- To update the zone, click on the zone code. In this screen you can edit the zone code, zone name or courier and add new post codes to the zone.
You can also download the zones table for the carrier in csv format, make changes on the table and then bulk upload the changes in the main shipping zones page.
- Save your changes.
