When you use the Neto integration with MailChimp it will synchronise the customers who selected to subscribe to your newsletter.
If you are using one of our templates, the subscription form (normally at the bottom of the page) will not integrate with MailChimp without a change to the design of the theme.

Login into MailChimp and select Lists in the top menu.
If you don’t have any lists yet, create one by following the steps in our integration guide.
Select the arrow on the far right of the list that syncs with your site and choose Signup Forms.
Select Embedded Forms.
Switch to the Naked tab and copy the text in the field under Copy/paste onto your site. The is the form code that needs to be integrated into the form on your website.
If you have experience with HTML coding you can integrate the code from the MailChimp form with the code on your theme template.
Please Note: If you have no HTML experience you can request for our design team to make the change for you. To request the change submit a design tweak and include the code from MailChimp. The design team will reply with a quote for the change.
From the Neto Dashboard select Settings & Tools > All Settings & Tools.
Locate Webstore Templates under the System Templates section.
Click on the Plus Sign next to the theme name you are using. Then go into Footers and click on Template.html. The template will load in an editor so that you can make the necessary changes.
Once you have made the changes, Save and test the form.
