My Neto Mail contacts are not syncing

If you are having problems syncing your mail contacts, you may have some issues with your contact list structure.

  1. To fix this issue from the Neto dashboard, navigate to Marketing > Email marketing control panel.

  2. Click on the View Contact Lists button.

  3. Click on the contact list that isn’t updating correctly (If unsure, repeat this process for all your contact lists).

  4. Click on the Manage List Structure tab.

  5. Locate the field named ‘Event’ and delete it.

  6. Now navigate back to Marketing > Email marketing control panel and click the Sync Data button at the top right hand side. Allow a few minutes for the sync to be completed.
