All Neto account cancellations must be submitted in writing by email. Cancellation requests over the phone will not be accepted.
Please contact our accounts team and specify the date from which you wish to cancel. Two weeks notice is required prior to cancelling.
A cancellation form will be sent to the primary email address linked to your account. Once this is returned to us, we will book the cancellation request in for you. You will receive an email notification once your account cancellation has been confirmed.
Please Note: You will be required to settle all outstanding balances, including transaction fees, before your cancellation will be confirmed.
