To check for the error in the process logs:
- Go to Import / Export > View All Processes.
- Under Task Module enter update_subscribers and click on Apply.
- Click on the magnifying glass icon under task to show the log messages for that task.
- Look for the error message ERROR 'List/Edit Structure delete Event (text).
Make the changes recommended in the log
- Log into Neto M@il.
- Click on the Contact Lists tab.
- Click on the list name.
- Click on Manage List Structure.
- Scroll down to Event and click on the Delete link just under it. Confirm the delete.
Re-run the sync in Neto
- Go to Marketing > Email Marketing > Lists.
- Click on the Sync Data button.
