4. Prepare your Order Import

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Setup & Tools > Import Data.

  2. Under Perform complex import > Select Create New Custom Export Template.

  3. Only modify the following settings to match those below:

    Import Type Orders
    Template Name Trade Me Orders
    Template Description Trade Me Orders
    Import File Type Delimiter-separated value file (eg: CSV file)
    File Format Comma separated values (CSV)

  5. Click Save & Continue.
  6. Under Field Mapping tab, you will need to map the fields in Trade Me with the fields in Neto for a smooth import. Here’s an example of how the first two fields are mapped:

    Now, using this same method, map the remainder of the fields by using the graph below:

    Shipping Cost ShippingCost
    Order Status (Use Static Value from dropdown menu) Pick
    Shipping Method Put your Courier Name here (eg. Courier International)
    Approved (Use Static Value from dropdown menu) yes
    Payment Method (Use Static Value from dropdown menu) TradeMe Payment

  8. Click Save Changes.
  9. Click on the Import Method & Schedule tab. Modify the following settings:

    Import Method FTP
    File Location*.csv (the filename will be given by Trade Me)
    Login Username (Provided by Trade Me)
    Login Password (Provided by Trade Me)
    Passive FTP Ticked
    Binary Mode Binary
    Move File To /archive/
    Import Schedule Select a schedule

  11. Click Save Changes.
