Neto integrates with Westpac’s Payway API integration. We often receive queries about Payway Net however this is not available through Neto. If you’ve applied for the wrong version, simply contact your Westpac account manager to make the change.
To begin with, navigate to the Payway website - https://www.payway.com.au and click on Sign In using your details provided by Westpac.
On the left hand side menu, click Setup API and click Certificates.
Choose your API Technology and select: Other (SOAP). Underneath, a certificate password will appear. Copy this password for later.
Click on the Download SOAP Certificate link and it will ask you to save a file named ccapi.pfx.
Rename ccapi.pfx to payway.pfx.
Send this file to Neto support team who will have administrators upload this certificate securely to your website.
On the left hand side menu, click Security.
Copy the customer.UserName and customer.Password as this will be used later.
Under the header, API Security Access List, add the following IP addresses:
On the left hand side menu, click Administration then click Merchants. Here you will find your Merchant ID for your account. Copy this down for later.
Now that we’ve completed the setup in Payway, we’re going to add the payment method in Neto. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Setup & Tools > Payment Methods.
Click on Add New Method button down the bottom. Click the Visa/Mastercard + more! icon.
From the first dropdown, select Westpac. On the second dropdown, select Westpac PayWay Website Payments.
In Payment Methods, tick the available credit card options such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express you want displayed on your website. Please check your agreement with Westpac to see what’s available for you.
Under the Configuration section, we will add the information we saved earlier:
|Configuration Name||Name in Payway||Example Values||Where to find this?|
|Payway Merchant ID||Merchant ID||10354078||Step 10|
|Payway Username||customer.UserName||Q12345||Step 8|
|Payway Password||customer.Password||Jumble of letters||Step 8|
|Payway Gateway Certificate Password||Found in Certificate Details||Jumble of letters||Step 3|
Click Continue and then click Save & Close.
The integration will not work until the gateway certificate has been installed. Our support team will contact you once this has been complete.
