How do I store and edit customers credit cards for charging later?



If you are using a payment gateway that supports triggered payments, you may be able to take advantage of the stored credit card feature.

This allows you to store any number of credit cards for a customer and then charge the customers chosen credit card when required.

This is ideal in environments where you have frequent purchases from the same customers.

Viewing a Customers Stored Credit Cards

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Customers > Customers and click on the customer you wish to view the stored credit card for.



  2. In the customer card, click the Payment details section under Preferred Payment Method heading will be the list of stored credit cards for the customer.



  3. You can also set a card to be temporary or permanent. A temporary credit card is a credit card that will be removed from your system after x number of days.

A permanent credit card is a credit card that is stored indefinitely. To do this, click on** View Stored Credit Cards** under the Preferred Payment Method heading. In here you can select the card to be permanent or temporary.



Deleting Stored Credit Cards

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Customers > Customers and click on the customer you wish to view the stored credit card for.



  2. In the customer card, click the Payment details section under Preferred Payment Method heading will be the list of stored credit cards for the customer.



  3. Click the red delete button besides the cards you want to delete.
