"Sorry, We cannot process Paypal payments at the moment" Errors



If you have multiple sites or if you are migrating your Paypal Express across from another platform, you will need to create a new API key for your new store.

If you use old API keys, customers will experience the following error in checkout:


  1. To resolve this issue, navigate to to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-api-access and login to your Paypal account.

  2. Click Option 2: View API Signature.

  3. You will now be at the View or Remove API Signature page. Press the Remove button. Warning: This will deactivate any other integrations you may have on other sites.

  4. Once completed, go back and re-connect your Paypal integration in payment setup to finish the setup.
