How do I delete products and specifics?

Due to functionality purposes, if you are using Neto Inventory, you will not be able to delete products.

Deleting Products

    Deleting products is permanent and can lead to issues with orders, reporting as well as accounting and eBay integrations. It is advised that products are made Inactive where possible.

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Products > View Products.

  2. Search for the product(s) you wish to delete, scroll down the bottom and click the blue With Selected button and click the Delete button. The selected products will be deleted from your database.

Deleting Specifics

  1. To delete unused specifics, simply navigate to Products > Product Specifics.

  2. Select the specifics you wish to delete (ensure these are not used with active products) and click the With X selected button and click Delete.
