How do I refresh my website search or filter cache?



To help improve the performance and speed of your website search, the search database is cached and periodically updated. This is why you may not be seeing newly added products or product filters on your website search result pages.

You can refresh your cache to see the latest products or filters.

  1. From the Neto Dashboard navigate to Products > View Products.
  2. Click on the grey More button and select Refresh Search Cache.



This will run a process that updates your search and filter results. This will take a few minutes to finish.
