Your website product search is cached to improve performance. Therefore if you add a new product it may not appear in your search results for some time.
The cache is updated every few hours however you can manually update your cache at any time.
From the Neto Dashboard, navigate to Products > View Products.
On the top right hand side, click the More button and click Refresh Search Cache. Wait few minutes for the process to complete, and check your website.
If you’re still having problems, click the Refresh System Now button on the bottom left hand side of the navigation menu.
