My website search is not returning my newly added products, how do I fix?



Your website product search is cached to improve performance. Therefore if you add a new product it may not appear in your search results for some time.

The cache is updated every few hours however you can manually update your cache at any time.

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Products > View Products.

  2. On the top right hand side, click the More button and click Refresh inventory cache. This will refresh your cache in a few minutes.
