Prevent unregistered customers from submitting reviews or comments



  1. From the Neto Dashboard, navigate to Setup & Tools > All Settings & Tools.



  2. Select Web Store in the left side menu, and choose Webshop Settings.



  3. Scroll down to Customer Reviews section, and uncheck the Enable Anonymous product reviews. This will require customers to login prior to posting a review.



    Checking the box will allow unregistered customers to post anonymous reviews or comments.

  4. Click on Save Changes.
