Can I import multi-level pricing in bulk?

Multi-level pricing can be added to products in bulk using the import wizard built into Neto.

  1. From the Neto Dashboard navigate to the Addons menu and under Product Management, install the Multilevel Pricing add-on (if you haven’t already).

  2. Create a CSV file with the column headers for SKU and Multi-Level Pricing. Alternatively, use the export wizard to create a list of your products, or download a file with sample data (multi-level pricing is configured in column BF/68).

  3. Populate the spreadsheet with your product SKU’s and pricing levels. It is important to follow the required format below so that the correct information is imported for each product.

    [user_group]:[min_qty]-[max_qty]=[price], [user_group]:[min_qty]-[max_qty]=[price],

Please Note: Each price break needs to be separated by a comma.

The below information represents an example of how the multi-level pricing can be set up.

    SKU Multi-level Pricing
    SKU_1 A:21-50=20, B:10-20=20, B:21-50=17, B:51-100=15,
    SKU_2 A:16-20=10, B:10-20=10, B:21-50=8, B:51-100=7,

  4. Save the file as Comma Separated Values (CSV).

  5. From the Neto Dashboard navigate to Setup & Tools > Import Data

  6. Select Perform Complex Import and then choose Start Data Import Wizard.

  7. Upload your CSV file and then Continue To Next Step.

  8. Match the SKU and Multi-Level Pricing database fields to the appropriate fields in the CSV file. Once complete, Continue To Next Step.

  9. Continue To Next Step and then select Process File Now.

Allow 10 minutes for the file to process, depending on the size. Once complete your products will be updated with the pricing bands.
