If you would like customers to be able to pay for their orders with credit from their account, you will need to ensure the Account Credit payment method is set to be both active and visible on website in Payment Methods.
To do this from the Neto dashboard, go to Setup & Tools > Payment Methods. If Account Credit is not listed, click the Add New button and select it from the options.
Customers will need to be logged in to view their account details to view their available credit.
If account credit is available, customers will be offered the option to use the available credit during checkout. They will need to enter the amount of credit they wish to use and click “apply”.
Customers can also check their account credit and pay for existing orders by logging into their account on your website.
If you are creating a new order on behalf of the customer, you can do this by creating an order as per usual. At the bottom of the order under the payment section, select payment with Available Credit and click Apply Payment To Order button.
