You can reverse account credit by paying it out as a refund. In the final step of processing you would simply not pay the refund to the customer.
From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Customers > Customers and locate and click into the username to edit.
Click on the Account tab (the credit amount should be showing next to the words available credit).
Select pay refund.
Only change the payment date and amount if needed for tracking purposes.
In Refund Note, type “refund reversal for internal tracking purposes”.
Click Process Refund.
Admin user will need to approve & complete the refund.
If you need to come back to this screen at a later date, it can be accessed from the Neto dashboard by navigating to Sales Orders > Refunds.
