How do I update an order to show new pricing?

Sometimes the pricing on a quote or order will need to be changed. For example:

  • If a customer has been changed from “retail” to “wholesale”
  • If the pricing on a product has been changed
  • If a discount code or coupon needs to be applied

    1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Sales orders > View Orders.

    2. Edit the order or quote you wish to change.

    3. On the top left hand side, click the Hold or Edit Order button to make changes to the order or quote.

    4. Make the necessary changes to the quote or order. If you need to add a voucher, this can be done by scrolling to the bottom of the page under the Amount Owed section. Once you’re finished, click Save Changes.
