How do I update an order to show new pricing?

Sometime pricing on a quote or order will need to be changed.

For example:

  • If a customer has been changed from “retail” to “wholesale”

  • If the pricing on a product has been changed

  • If a discount code or coupon needs to be applied

All of this can be done from the order page.

If the pricing on a product has been updated

Open the quote or order. If the order is not “new”, you will need to mark the order as “hold or edit order” to make changes.

Scroll down to the product list and select the sku to be select the new pricing.

Save the quote or order.
