Can I bulk / batch pick or dispatch process orders?

You can bulk pick and pack orders in Neto as this is the most efficient way to process orders. We suggest moving all orders ready to send to the “pick” status and then batch processing from there.

The system can automatically move orders to “pick” that are ready to the sent (based on a set of rules).

To set these rules from the Neto dashboard, navigate to Setup & Tools > All settings & tools.

Under Sales Orders & Invoices tab, click Order Processing Rules.

Here, you will have the option to set -

  • Auto pick fully paid orders
  • Auto pack fully paid and picked orders

Bulk Picking

Bulk picking is only used where you do a staged process of picking and then packing (usually with
different staff members picking and packing). During a bulk “pick” you can print pick slips, print
consolidated pick slips, back-order lines and move orders to the “pack” status”.

From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Sales orders > Pick

Scroll down to the Bulk Actions section where you can apply the various actions.

Bulk Packing

Bulk packing is the most popular bulk process. In addition to everything you can do in a bulk pick
process, you can also create shipping consignments and move orders to the “dispatched” status.

The only action that cannot be performed as part of a bulk pack process is back-ordering as all
items are already presumed “picked” during this bulk process.

From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Sales orders > Pack

Scroll down to the Bulk Actions section where you can apply the various actions.
