Can the system automatically send my customers a follow up email after they purchase?



This support article requires the Sales Follow Up Email addon from the Neto addon store.

You can configure the system to automatically send customers a follow up email requesting for feedback and product reviews.

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Addons > and install or configure Sales Follow Up Email.

  2. Configure your settings to send a follow up email.


  3. Save your changes.

    You can also edit the email template used for the follow up email. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Setup & Tools > All settings & tools

  2. Click on the System Templates tab and click Email Templates.


  3. Click on Order Emails and then click Order Follow Up Email.



    Here you can edit your email template. If you don’t feel comfortable making changes here, you can request a quote from our professional design team to make these on your behalf.
