How do I send dispatch notifications / tracking information to my customers?



The option to send email notifications to your customers is available at most stages of order processing.

Ensure that the dispatch notification template email contains the required information and select the send email box and apply or save the change or action.

  1. From the order page, a notification will automatically be sent to the customer unless disabled.

Customising the Dispatch Email

  1. From the Neto dashboard, select Setup & tools > All settings & tools

  2. On the Setup & tools page, Search for and select Email Templates

  3. On the Email Templates screen, select Order Emails

  4. Select Order Tracking Email

  5. You may need web design experience to make changes to the email design. For assistance on the tags used on the template, check out our Designer Documentation.

  6. You can preview the email by entering a valid order number in the field next to Order# and clicking on Preview.

Prevent dispatch notifications from being sent

  1. From the Neto dashboard, select Setup & tools > All settings & tools

  2. On the Setup & tools page, Search for and select Order Processing Rules

  3. Enable Do not send dispatch notification email on save (Pack / Dispatch Status) and save.
