Integrate Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a great way to manage and control all google scripts in one location.

Important note: Adding too many scripts through Google Tag Manager can significantly slow your website.
  1. Before you get started, sign up for your free tag manager account.

  2. Within the Setup Account page, add your account name (eg. your company name).

  3. Setup your container (ie. your website address) and select Web as the use and click Create.

  4. Agree with the the terms of service.

  5. A popup will appear with two scripts, keep this page open as we’ll need this to add into Neto.

  6. Now navigate to the Neto dashboard and go to Setup & Tools > All settings & tools.

  7. Click on Analytics & 3rd Party Scripts tab and click Custom Scripts.

  8. Click the Add New button.

  9. Name the script Google Tag Manager.

  10. Scroll down to the Scripts section and click on the Page Header tab. Paste the first script into the available field.

  11. Now click on the Page Footer tab and paste the second script into the available field.

  12. Click Save.
