How do I export payment information?

You can export the details of payments that have been made on your site into a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file. This file can be opened in most spreadsheet programs (for example: Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers).

To export the payment details:

  1. Go to Setup & Tools and select Export Data.

  2. Click Perform Complex Export and then choose Start Data Export Wizard.

  3. Next to What Do You Want To Export? select Payment Export.

  4. Enter a filename into the Name Your File Field and click on Continue To Next Step.

  5. You now need to build your export file by adding the fields you want to export. You can rename the fields as you add them and this will change the column headers in your exported file.

Click Add New Field To File and select Payment Details

  6. In the second drop down box choose the field that corresponds to the data you wish to export. For example, to see the order number, payment method and total paid, select Order ID, Payment Method and Amount Paid.

When you have added all the fields you need click Continue To Next Step.

  7. Please Note: Neto does not store credit card information. Only the first and last digits of the card number will be exported.

  8. Filter the results of your file by adding Payment Filters. To export all data you can leave the filters empty and click Continue To Next Step.

Please Note: By default all filters are set to be wild card filters. If you want an exact match filter add a ^ in front of the value.
