To quickly export your customer details to a CSV file:
From the Neto Dashboard, navigate to Customers > View Customers & Prospects.
Tip: You can also use search filters to view specific customers. To export these, click the down arrow next to Export, and choose Export Current Results.
Choose either CSV File With Popular Fields (most common customer fields) or CSV file with all fields (all the customer fields), and select Preview.
The preview of the export file will appear. Each column has a checkbox above it. If you don’t want that column in the exported file, uncheck the box. Click Export.
Please Note: IF you plan to make changes to the customer file, and import it back into Neto, it’s best to leave all columns in the file.
The process to export your customers will start. It will take a few minutes to create the export file. Once the export is complete, you can click on the Download button to download the customer file.
