Can I specify / edit the shipping method availability?

  1. From the Neto dashboard, select Setup & tools > Shipping

  2. Click Shipping Methods to be taken to a list of your Shipping Methods.

  3. Open the method that you want to amend by clicking on it’s name.

  4. Scroll down and select the tab Shipping Method Delivery Availability.

This area allows you to control the settings of when specific options are available and deliverable.

These settings should not be changed from the default unless you have very specific delivery requirements as incorrect configuration can result in the customer being unable to checkout.
