How do I make a shipping option invisible to customers?

You can change the visibility settings of your shipping methods so it’s only visible on the back-end to staff and invisible on your front-end webstore.

If you are an ebay seller and are using Neto’s shipping calculator in your listings, you also have the option of making the shipping method invisible to eBay customers.

  1. To make changes from the Neto dashboard, navigate to Setup & Tools > Shipping.

  2. Click on Shipping Methods. Here, you can view which methods are visible to the customer on the front-end webstore, visible on eBay and visible to staff.

  3. Edit the shipping method you wish to change and edit the visibility options.

  4. Save changes.
