From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Sales Orders > View Orders.
Click on the order you wish to edit.
Send the order to Pack status in order to create your consignment label for Sendle.
Scroll down to the bottom of the order and click the green Auto Generate Shipping Consignment button.
In the service section (just to the left of tracking/consignment number) ensure Sendle is selected.
Select the Articles you wish to send with this order. In this example order, everything is less than 500g and we will be sending everything on one label.
Select the Package Size which in this case will be a 500g satchel. It’s always good to check the maximum weight on the package size to ensure it’s not underweight of the actual order. In this example, our picked weight is only 0.005kg and the bag size will accommodate up to 0.5kg.
Select whether or not Signature Required is required. Please note this option is not available for 500g satchel’s so it will have to be left unselected in our example.
Click Save Changes or click Create Consignment & Dispatch.
Press the Print Consignment Label button and a new window will appear which you can print using either your standard A4 printer or your thermal label printer. If this is your first time setting up your thermal label printer, see our article on setting up your printer.
Important Note: Customers on thermal label printers sometimes experience issues where labels appear to cut off because of their size. When prompted to print the label from the browser, try setting the print scale to 80% so it fits on the label.
