TNT provides competitively priced courier/postage services Australia-wide for small/medium businesses and private individuals.
If you haven’t already, you must register for TNT Online and obtain a username and password, and it must be authorised to provide RTT (rated transit times). Once registered, contact TNT on 1300 851 131 and request for Rated Transit Times (RTT) to be enabled for your account. The shipping calculator will not work if RTT is not enabled.
From the Neto Dashboard navigate to Shipping > Add New Matrix.
Select Add Custom Matrix.
Click Add New and enter your TNT VIP Username, TNT VIP Password, and TNT Account Number. Set your Pickup details and once complete, move on to the Next Step.
Select which services you wish to offer through TNT by selecting from the available options. Once complete, move on to the Next Step.
Name your shipping services and give them a description. This information will be visible to customers on your website. Once complete, move on to the Next Step.
Set if the shipping methods should Show To Customers or Show To Staff Only (for creating orders manually). You can also configure if delivery to PO Boxes is available. Once complete, move on to the Next Step.
You can now enable additional Pricing Rules to offer shipping discounts when a customer orders a certain amount. These are optional, set them if you wish and then move on to the Next Step.
Review your settings, you can still make any changes by scrolling up to the relevant section. If you’re happy with the configuration, select Complete Setup.
Complete the Shipping Carrier Label Setup form and Neto staff will configure your labels as a free service.
