How do I view/approve/reply to brand comments?

To review and approve comments left on your brands, simply follow the steps below.

  1. From the Neto dashboard, go to Products > Brands

  2. Click the View Comments button on the top right hand side

  3. Select the comment and, from the drop down menu, choose to view, hide, set as new, follow up or delete.

How do I edit the content of the comment or to reply?

Select “edit” from the drop down menu on the right hand side
