The story

What challenges were you facing before Neto?

Before I found Neto, we had to manually enter all eBay and website orders into our shipping provider software (Eparcel, Toll Ipec and Direct Freight) and our accounting software (MYOB). This was a timely process that was riddled with errors. Managing eBay was also hard, as we had to continually update stock levels and listings to keep them in sync with our own online store.

Additionally, the website shopping cart software we were using did not allow us to customise page layouts easily, which was extremely frustrating. Website conversion rates were also very low.

How did the Neto solution help solve your challenges?

In 2009 I started to search for e-commerce software on Google. I spent over a year trialing different solutions, but could not find a supplier who could satisfy all my needs.
