What is a Customer Statement?


A customer statement is a printable document intended to provide an overview of the payments and credits attributed to a specific customer.

How do I print a Customer Statement?


Customer Statement's are printed from the customer card.

  1. Navigate to Customers > View All Customers or find the customer you are looking for via the search.
  2. On the Payments and Credits tab of the customer card, there is a section called Customer Statement.
  3. Select a Start Date and End Date and select Download as PDF from the dropdown.
  4. Click Create Statement.
