Ebay Common Errors Guide



When adding or revising a listing to eBay, you may get an warning or error message.

A warning message will not prevent your listing from being added or revised.

An error may prevent a new listing or will stop a revision.


eBay Message Cause Solution
Inconsistent postage parameters This is an issue with the shipping settings in the eBay Listing Template for this product. In the Product edit page, select List to eBay. Click on the link to the Listing Rules Template under Active eBay Listings. Select the Shipping tab and scroll down to the Domestic Shipping section. In the Services, if you have selected Calculated by eBay, you will need to select the eBay shipping service from the dropdown menu. Then Save the changes.
Error 515: The quantity must be a valid number greater than 0. The stock on hand for the product was a negative number at the time error was generated. Make sure the Qty In Stock for this product is a positive number, or if don’t need to count stock for this product, you can set it as a virtual product. To do this, go to the Stock Control section of the product details change the Inventory Policy to Don’t Track Inventory For This SKU. In addition, confirm the Listing Rules Template has the Max Qty To List set higher than 0. This is found at the bottom of the Categorisation & Listing Rules tab.
Potential duplicate listing for Item XXXX (SKU:YYYY) on listing #ZZZ. Record Skipped. eBay has detected that this product title & description matches to another product you have listed. To list the product, you will need to alter the product name and description. To find the product it is similar to, use the #ZZZ in the error message, as it is the Listing ID. Go to eBay > Active and search for this Listing ID. Select the Custom Label to open the product, and change the product name and description to fix the issue.
Variation specific name exceed limit 5. (Error 21916579) eBay limits the number of specifics on child products (variations) to 5. You can still have more than 5 specifics on the parent product. Remove or hide any unnecessary specifics on all the child products so that you have 5 or less on each product.
XXX is a parent product. Record Skipped. This product has variation (or child) products but the eBay Listing Template has not been set to allow variation products. Open the product and go to the List To eBay section. Click on the link to the Listing Rules Template under Active eBay Listings. Select the Categorisation & Listing Rules tab and scroll down to the Variations section. Then tick Variation Listing Template and save the template. If you have some products with variations and some without, you will need to use different listing rules templates
Category does not support item variations. The eBay category you have selected for this product does not allow products with variations (products with children). There are some eBay categories that doesn’t allow variations, however, most times it means that the categories need to be setup or the latest categories need to be downloaded from eBay.

1. Check the Listing Rules Template to see which eBay category option has been selected. Open the product and go to the List To eBay section. Click on the link to the Listing Rules Template under Active eBay Listings.

2. Click on the Categorisation & Listing Rules tab and in the Categorisation section, check the setting for Use category mapping?.

3. If Use category mapping? is selected, check to see what category the product has been assigned to it.

4. Open the product and scroll down the the Categorisation section and note the category. For instructions on category mapping, see our in depth article.

5. If Use Category Mapping? is not selected, go to the List To eBay section for the product.

6. Under the eBay Category column, click on the pencil icon top view the primary eBay category. For a list of which eBay categories allow variations, check out this eBay article, Which categories can have listings with variations?.

7. If your listing does support variations and you believe this to be incorrect, you may have outdated eBay categories and will need to be updated. To do this in Neto, follow the steps to update your site data.

8. If your category does not support variations, you will need to choose a different category or list the child products individually.

Error 21917100: No rate table has been created. Please create the rate table. In your eBay Listing Template you have selected to use the shipping rates table configured in your eBay account. If you want to use the shipping rates table in eBay, follow the steps in our eBay rates table shipping to configure it correctly. If you want to use a different shipping option, go to the Listing Rules Template linked to that product. Select the Shipping tab and scroll down to Domestic Shipping. Next to How do you charge for shipping? select another shipping option other than Use My eBay Domestic Rate Table and Save. This change will affect all listings linked allocated to this template.
Error 21917158: We noticed that you don’t have a payment method set up with your eBay account. As soon as you take care of this, you’ll be able to list more items. This is an error from eBay. You need to set the payment method to pay your eBay fees. To add a payment method for your eBay fees, follow these steps in eBay’s article.
You can’t require immediate payment when you’re using Freight postage. (Error 21919148) The eBay listing rules template for this product has the shipping option Freight: Large And Bulky Items selected, and Require Immediate Paypal Payment checked. These two options are not compatible due to eBay’s functionality of freight listings. To rectify, either use a different shipping option under the Shipping tab, or turn off Require Immediate Paypal Payment on the Payment & Returns tab.
Input data for tag is invalid or missing. (Error 37) Either eBay requires a brand for this listing or the brand used is not in eBay’s brand list. To fix, check the Listing Rules Template to ensure that Brand is mapped on the Field Mapping tab. If it is, to the Naming & Visibility section of the product details and change the Brand value and try listing again.
Source picture uses an unsupported colorspace. (Error 21919010) The JPEG product image uses the CMYK color space. This is not supported by eBay and some web browsers. To fix, you will need to convert the image to the RGB color space and upload the image to your product in Neto. Most good graphic editing programs can do convert between the different color spaces such as GIMP or Photoshop. For more information on the image requirements, check out eBay’s Photo Requirements to Remember.
Your listing cannot contain javascript (“.cookie”, “cookie(“, “replace(“, IFRAME, META, or includes), cookies or base href. (Error 353) eBay does not allow certain website features in product listings. Certain parts of the Javascript programing language cannot be used and also frames. If you have a Google Map or YouTube video embedded in your product description (or eBay Design Template), both use the IFRAME tag. The workaround for a YouTube video is to use the old embed code. YouTube no longer has the code generator on their site but you can generate the code using this online tool:Valid XHTML YouTube embed code generator. There is currently no workaround for Google Maps other than to convert the map into an image. If your description (or eBay Design Template) contains JavaScript commands .cookie, cookie() or replace(), they will need to be removed.
Error 107: The category isn’t valid, select another category This is because there is a secondary category setup in category mapping that is not allowed for this type of category. It can also be caused after eBay makes changes to their categories. To remove the secondary category, navigate to eBay > Category Mapping and find the category your product is assigned to. In the Secondary eBay Category column remove all selections.To update the eBay categories on your Neto account please follow the steps in our knowledge base here
Error 21916281: To list this item, you need to accept PayPal or other approved electronic payments as a payment method. Record Skipped. A mandatory payment method has not been setup in the listing rules template. In your Listing Rules Template, select the Payments & Returns tab and select one of the mandatory Paypal or Visa/Mastercard payment options. If this doesn’t resolve the problem, you should also download the latest eBay categories.
Error 193: Start Price is lower than item cost. This product has a cost price entered against it which is higher than the price you’re trying to advertise it for. Our system automatically blocks these as a precaution. If this is an error on the product, please modify the pricing so that the Cost Price is actually lower than the price you’ve assigned in the Listing Rules Template, on the Field Mapping tab. If you’re wanting to advertise this for lower than the cost, you can change an advanced configuration setting called EBAY_COSTCHECK. You’ll find this in the Setup & Tools > All Settings & Tools > Advanced Configuration menu.
Handling time is required. Record Skipped. The handling time in shipping has not been defined in the listing rules template. In the Listing Rules Template, select the Shipping tab and scroll down to Domestic Shipping section. Ensure a Domestic Handling Time is selected.
Error 21916884: Condition is required for this category. (#1503) Cannot revise eBay Listing #XXX on eBay. The fallback category used in the listing template does not have conditions set. Please change this category to avoid this error. The secondary cause for this issue is because the Ebay Store Category has not been set. In the Listing Rules Template, select the Categorisation & Listing Rules tab and change the Fallback Categories and Save. To ensure this is successful, Item Condition should re-appear under Specifics section.
Error 21919136: Add at least 1 photo. More photos are better! Show off your item from every angle and zoom in on details. There are several ways this error can occur: The image is not mapped in the listing rule templates, the image doesn’t exist in Neto, or the image has become corrupted. The first thing you should check is the image mapping on your listing rules template. Navigate to the eBay > Listing Rule Templates menu and open the template. Select the Listing Design & Images tab, and check that images are mapped as per our instructions here. If the image mapping is setup correctly check the product to make sure it has full sized images available. You can do this by clicking the green eye icon when you hover your mouse over the image in the product. If you get an error saying Could Not Open Image it means there’s no full sized image for this product on the server or it has become corrupted. Please try uploading the image to the product again.
Warning 21916970: Seller is not eligible to list a discounted item This warning means that your account is not one that eBay has supported for strike-through pricing. Therefore you cannot use the discount price fields in the eBay pricing section on eBay listing templates. Contact eBay through our form to request strike through pricing on your account.
Error 37: Input data for tag item.CrossBorderTrade is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation. You can only select United States for some categories. US listings that offer shipping to Canada, North America, or worldwide are automatically returned on eBay.ca at no extra charge, so US listings that offer shipping to these locations do not need to specify Canada as a Cross Border Trade country. When cross-border trading, deselect Canada as a shipping option.
Ebay category showing as incompatible This issue occurs because the categories are out of date and need to be updated. Follow the steps in our article on updating your category data.
The eBay title is showing as 0. This issue is caused by using the incorrect function in field mapping. In your Listing Rules Template on the Field Mapping tab, look for the heading Product Title. If you are joining fields together, ensure that you only use the Join to operator.
Error 2190899: Please enter the package dimensions for the given postage services. In your Listing Rules Template you have selected Calculated By eBay or Use My Domestic eBay Rates Table. The shipping dimensions set in Neto are missing or incorrect. Open the rules template in the eBay > Listing Rule Templates menu and go to the Shipping tab. Under the Dimensions, Packaging & Handling section you will need to ensure:

1. Use Item’s Shipping Weight is checked.

2. Package Size is selected (mailing box or padded satchel usually).

3. Use Item’s Shipping Dimensions is selected for the Dimensions. Once configured, revise the listing. If this doesn’t resolve your issue check that the product (including any child products) all have their dimensions filled in.

Error 240: The item can’t be listed or modified. The title and/or description may contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be in violation of eBay policy. Listing may contain titles and/or description which contain illegal words or your eBay account may not be up to standard to continue listing. Check for prohibited words throughout your product including the name and description. See eBay’s offensive policy. Some eBay sites will also block descriptions containing ‘brand’ names or conflicting information. Eg. mentioning Apple in a description of a Android product (This policy changes from different eBay sites). We recommend deleting your description and adding limited information to test this issue. You should also contact eBay directly to ensure your account is not limited or restricted in any manner.
Error 38: Your application encountered an error. This request is missing required value in input tag . Shipping destinations have not been populated within your listing rules template for international shipping. On the Shipping tab of your Listing Rules Template, scroll down to International Shipping and select postage destinations from the available checkboxes.
Primary Category is required. Record Skipped Category Mapping has not been setup or it is incomplete. Under eBay > Category Mapping map your products under Primary eBay Category heading. Sometimes issues occur when the leaf/subcategories have not populated. To rectify this, please follow the instructions here to complete or setup your category mapping.
Cannot create variations. No variation specifics defined.Record Skipped. Specifics need to be set on the child products so they can be differentiated by eBay on the listing. Example: Adding the ‘Size’ specific so customers can choose which size of a product they want to purchase. In the parent parent, scroll down to Product Variations heading and ensure there are specific names, and unique values, set for the variations. If not, click the pencil icon and add specifics. If the products have specifics, go to Products > Product Specifics and review the column Hide From eBay. If the fields are set to Yes you will need to set these to No so the specifics can be used.
Your selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. Your listings have violated eBay’s terms and conditions and your account has been restricted. This will affect your ability to revise/update/add new listings in eBay. Please contact eBay directly as this is a restrictions that is outside Neto’s range of support.
Invalid variation A common reason for this error is due to invalid specific values for the eBay category. Example: Trying to list a product with the specific ‘Navy Blue’ when only ‘Blue’ is an acceptable specific. Check acceptable specifics by going into the Listing Rules Template and click on Categorisation & Listing Rules tab. Under your Fallback Primary Category click on the link underneath to view acceptable Specifics for the particular category. Make sure to check secondary categories as well.
Error 10029: Title or subtitle cannot be revised for auction listings that have at least one pending bid or are ending in less than twelve hours, and for fixed price listings that have at least one quantity sold or have a pending best offer Listing is either an auction with less than 12 hours left or a fixed listing with Best Offer option enabled. If the listing is an auction, eBay will not allow changes to the listing if there is less than 12 hours left before bidding finishes. If the listing is a fixed price item, you have a pending best offer from a customer which needs to be addressed before you can make changes to the listing. Log into your eBay account and respond to the offer, then try revising again.
Error 21916320: The return policy cannot be changed or removed if an auction-style listing has a bid or ends within 12 hours, or a fixed price listing has a pending Best Offer. Listing is either an auction with less than 12 hours left or a fixed listing with ‘Best Offer’ option attached. If the listing is an auction, eBay will not allow changes to the listing if there is less than 12 hours left before bidding finishes. If the listing is a fixed price item, you have a pending offer from a customer which needs to be addressed before you can make changes to the listing. Log into your eBay account and respond to the offer, then try revising again.
Error 21916923: Pictures cannot be edited because this listing has pending offers, or the maximum number of pictures has been reached. This is caused by a pending offer on a fixed price listing with the Best Offer option enabled, or by attempting to add more pictures when the maximum available has been reached. If the listing is a fixed price item, you have a pending offer from a customer which needs to be addressed before you can make changes to the listing. Log into your eBay account and respond to the offer, then try revising again. If you have maximised the amount of available photos for the listing, remove them from the image mapping on your Listing Rules Template and revise the listing via Neto.
Error 10041: Postage Carrier cannot be revised if the item has bid or active Best Offers or is ending in 12 hours. Listing is either an auction with less than 12 hours left or a fixed listing with the Best Offer option attached. If the listing is an auction, eBay will not allow changes to the listing if there is less than 12 hours left before bidding finishes. If the listing is a fixed price item, you have a pending best offer from a customer which needs to be addressed before you can make changes to the listing. Log into your eBay account and respond to the offer, then try revising again.
Error 10028: Item location cannot be revised if the item has bid or active Best Offers or is ending in 12 hours. Listing is either an auction with less than 12 hours left or a fixed listing with the Best Offer option enabled. If the listing is an auction, eBay will not allow changes to the listing if there is less than 12 hours left before bidding finishes. If the listing is a fixed price item, you have a pending offer from a customer which needs to be addressed before you can make changes to the listing. Log into your eBay account and respond to the offer, then try revising again.
Error 21916743: Item specifics cannot be changed if an auction-style listing has a bid or ends within 12 hours, or a fixed price listing has a pending Best Offer. Listing is either an auction with less than 12 hours left or a fixed listing with ‘Best Offer’ option attached. If the listing is an auction, eBay will not allow changes to the listing if there is less than 12 hours left before bidding finishes. If the listing is a fixed price item, you have a pending offer from a customer which needs to be addressed before you can make changes to the listing. Log into your eBay account and respond to the offer, then try revising again.
Error 17: This item can’t be accessed because the listing has been deleted, or you’re not the seller. Item has been deleted and is yet to disappear from the Neto system or the item is attempting to revise using a template that’s not associated with the eBay Store. Check if the eBay Item # has been deleted on eBay. If so you will not be able to revise or end listings in Neto. To delete this listing from Neto, follow the steps in our associated article. If the eBay item # is still active, you may need to check your template settings to ensure the correct store name is configured. You are not able to transfer a listing from one store to another.
Error 21916672: The tags xxxx is/are disabled as Variant. The fallback category used in the listing rules template does not support the variation mentioned in the error. For example, if your products are shoes and Size is the variant, the category may not support Size. In your Listing Rules Template, go to the Categorisation & Listing Rules tab and change the fallback category with a supported variant. To check what variables are available in the fallback category click the button. Some variants may also may be limited by its values as well. For example, Size may be limited to 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and will reject values outside of this range. If you continue to have issues, try changing the wording of the specific to something else as a work around, e.g. Shoe Size.
Error 21853:Image Not Found The picture has not been uploaded to eBay.

1. Ensure the image is not corrupt or too small.

2. Some images use CMYK color space. This is not supported by eBay and some web browsers. Simply edit the picture and save in a new .jpg format and attempt to upload again.

3. Check the images are mapped on the Listing Rules Template

1104: Cannot upload image The picture has not been uploaded to eBay.

1. Ensure the image is not corrupt or too small.

2. Some images use CMYK color space. This is not supported by eBay and some web browsers. Simply edit the picture and save in a new .jpg format and attempt to upload again.

3. Check the images are mapped on the Listing Rules Template

Error 21919188: This listing would cause you to exceed the amount you can list. You can list up to xxx more in total sales this month. Please consider reducing the starting price or request to list more. eBay sets seller limits on the amount of items and the dollar value that you can list every month. You can apply to us to have your seller limits increased and we’ll forward the request onto eBay. Contact our support team via email to request an increase to your limites. Be sure to include your ebay user ID, and confirm PayPal is linked to your eBay account. This takes approximately 3-5 business days. We also suggest reviewing the quantity of stock you are listing so these limits are not easily reached. This can be changed on the Categorisation & Listing Rules tab of your templates, at the bottom of the page in the Max Qty To List field.
Error 21916734: Variation pictures cannot be removed during restricted revise This error will occur when the product images that we’re trying to push through to eBay don’t match up with the variation images in the listing. There are several possible causes:

1. Child products have been removed from the product in Neto which still exist in the listing on eBay.

2. Variation specifics have changed on the product in Neto, and they no longer match the listing on eBay. Images on eBay are linked to the specifics, and so they need to match between Neto and eBay.

3. Images for the child specific are being ignored.

1. If there are child variations that have been removed from the parent product you will need to add these variation products back onto the parent in Neto, so their photos can be uploaded again.

2. If your child products specifics don’t match eBay any more, update the specifics (which are case sensitive) in Neto to match your listing on eBay.

3. Check the configuration of Ignore eBay variation images for specific names under eBay > Setup & Tools > Settings. If the same specific from the child products is configured here, remove it and try again. Conversely, if isn’t configured try adding it using a semicolon (;) to separate it from other values.

Error 21916608: Variation cannot be deleted during restricted revise. This error occurs with product variation listings. Changing the specific name is not allowed on active listings. Open the product and scroll down to Product Variations. The specific name and values on the product must match the eBay listing specifics exactly. Click the edit button (the little pencil icon) and rename the specifics and revise the listing again.
Error 73: Please enter a valid starting price for your item (eg. AU $1.00). There is no price set for the listing in the product. In the product, scroll down to Pricing & Tax and ensure a price has been entered. If the problem still occurs, go into the Listing Rules Template and click on the Field Mapping tab. Ensure the Start Price is mapped correctly. By default this is set to Price (A).
Warning 21917089: Revising bin price will end the promo sale on this item When revising an active listing that is on promotion through Markdown Manager, changing the original item price or the shipping price during a revision will end the promotional sale. Go to eBay > Setup & Tools and select Settings. Untick Force update of description for items on sale to prevent Neto from overwriting the sale price.
eBay ListingServer Error: Code point \u001C is not a valid character in XML at /Integration/Ebay.pm line XXX You have invalid or non-standard characters in your listing. Check your titles and descriptions for invalid or non-standard characters in your listing. If you are using a data feed, the feed may be in an invalid format or corrupted.
Error 10027: Cannot change an auction to private or vice versa. This error is caused by a setting on your Listing Rules Template, on the Categorisation & Listing Rules tab, called Private Auction. This setting will need to be toggled to allow this listing to revise correctly, but for a long term solution you should.

1. Clone the template from the eBay > Listing Rule Templates menu.

2. Change the Private Auction setting on the new template.

3. Move the listing> to the new template. This will prevent other listings on the original template from generating error because of the change.

Error 10007: Internal error to the application. This is an eBay based error and requires the latest listing details to be downloaded again. From the Neto Dashboard navigate to eBay > Active and at the top right hand side press Download Ebay Listings.
Error 21919301: The UPC field is missing. Please add UPC to the listing and try again. If you’re using a mobile app, make sure you have version 5.1 or higher. UPC is a required field in eBay, and without it your listings can’t be revised. The error indicates that either your product don’t have a UPC, or it is not configured in the field mapping of your rules templates. Please check the product to make sure the UPC field is populated. You’ll find this field in the Warehouse & Picking field of the product. If your product has variations, please check the child products instead. If the UPC field has information in the product you will need to check the rules template’s field mapping. Navigate to eBay > Listing Rules Templates and click on the template ID. Select the Field Mapping tab, and then click Show Optional Fields to view the UPC configuration. If there is no column set, please assign it the same field from your product where the UPC is configured. You can then Save & Revise the listing.
Error 21919101: Supplied value for Name in ModifyNameList container does not exist in Multi-SKU item. The listing has illegal characters in the item’s variation specifics. Commonly, when using the & symbol, this is converted to HTML and and is not recognised as matching the listed specifics. From the product level, go to your child products and change the specifics to ensure you are using legal characters. For example: Size & Colour to be changed to Size and Colour. You may be required to end the listing altogether and relist with the new specifics.
Error 10019: Inconsistent postage parameters. - One or more parameter values in the input request are invalid. Check the response for Error Parameters elements to determine which parameters have invalid values. Correct these values, and then resend the input request. (#10) This occurs only when listing domestically and internationally, and comes from the compatibility of the insurance fees added to an invalid shipping type. To fix this, simply go into your Listing Rules Template and select the Shipping tab and check if an insurance fee has been added. It’s important to note that an insurance fee can only be specified when using Flat Rate shipping. If issues still occur, try setting your domestic and international shipping types to be the same. For example, if you are using flat rate shipping for domestic shipping, use flat rate shipping for your international shipping in the listing rules template as well.
Error 932: Auth token is hard expired, User needs to generate a new token for this application. Your eBay access token has expired and needs to be renewed. These tokens have a limited life, and need to be refreshed approximately every 18 months. To correct this issue, please follow the steps in our knowledgebase here.
Error 21919303 The item specific Brand is missing.Add Brand to this listing, enter a valid value, and then try again. The item specific MPN is missing. Add MPN to this listing, enter a valid value, and then try again. This error has been known to occur when either the Brand or MPN is not getting sent through to eBay. The main reason this happens is if the Brand or MPN fields are not mapped in the rules template on the Field Mapping tab. Navigate to eBay > Listing Rule Templates and click on the ID of the template to open it. Select the Field Mapping tab, and click the Show Optional Fields button. In the Brand and MPN sections select the appropriate product fields to be inserted into the eBay listing. If you don’t use MPN, change the Column Name drop down to Static Value, and below it type Does Not Apply.
Error 786: Start Price is required. Record Skipped. This error occurs when either the product or rules template cannot determine the price to be advertised on eBay. Open the Product, and scroll down to Pricing & Tax section, to ensure a price has been set on the product. If the problem still occurs, go into the Listing Rules Template and click on the Field Mapping tab. Ensure the Start Price is mapped to the relevant price field (By default this is set to Price A).
Error 588: Your weekly selling activity limits have been exceeded, or the user has not registered as a seller. Please check eBay for selling requirements. eBay limits how much you can sell with an item and dollar amount limit. You may also see this error if you have a new eBay account or have never sold anything on eBay before. To check you have a seller account, follow this linkto get to the setup process. To check if you’ve reached your seller limits log into eBay and go to MyeBay > Selling Manager Pro. Scroll down to the section titled Monthly selling limits to see if you’ve reached your dollar or item limit. If you have reached your selling limit and would like it increased, please contact our support team with your eBay username, confirming that you have a verified PayPal account linked to your eBay account. We will then arrange for your limits to be increased.
Warning 20169: Invalid store category ID, xxx, since it is non-leaf. So item has been listed to the ‘Other’ store category. This error indicates that your category mapping is incomplete for your eBay store. eBay doesn’t allow you to list in a store category that is not the final level (or leaf). To rectify this, please follow the instructions here to complete or setup your category mapping.
Error 21916603: Variation specifics can’t be changed in restricted revise. This error usually occurs when the specifics on the child products in Neto no longer match the options on eBay. Once you have a sale recorded on a variation listing, eBay no longer let you remove variants, or change the variation specifics. This includes spelling and capitalisation changes as well.

1. Check the options on eBay have corresponding child products in Neto. If not, create products in Neto to match the options in eBay.

2. Make sure none of the child products in Neto are inactive, if they appear on the eBay listing. Even sold out products need to be active. If any are, make them active and try revising again.

3. Ensure the specifics in Neto have the same spelling and capitalisation as on eBay. Fix any inconsistencies then try revising.

4. Confirm that the product specific is not hidden from eBay. You can check this by going to Products > Specifics and searching for the specific name. If the Hide From eBay field says Yes, change it and try revising again.

Error 21916587: Missing name in the variation specifics or variation specifics set. This error usually occurs when the specifics on the child products in Neto no longer match the options on eBay. Once you have a sale recorded on a variation listing, eBay no longer let you remove variants, or change the variation specifics. This includes spelling and capitalisation changes as well.

1. Check the options on eBay have corresponding child products in Neto. If not, create products in Neto to match the options in eBay.

2. Make sure none of the child products in Neto are inactive, if they appear on the eBay listing. Even sold out products need to be active. If any are, make them active and try revising again.

3. Ensure the specifics in Neto have the same spelling and capitalisation as on eBay. Fix any inconsistencies then try revising.

4. Confirm that the product specific is not hidden from eBay. You can check this by going to Products > Specifics and searching for the specific name. If the Hide From eBay field says Yes, change it and try revising again.

Error 21919302: Brand has an invalid value of Other. Enter a valid value and try again. This error usually occurs when the brand is defined as Other, on the listing rules template

1. Open the listing rules template, and select the Categorisation > Listing Rules tab

2. Scroll down to Brand and change it from Other, to -

3. On the Field Mapping tab, map Brand to the brand field of your products.

4. Save the rules template, and try listing again.
