Troubleshooting orders and revisions

If you’re having problems with eBay orders not importing to Neto, it can happen when your eBay token has expired or when your batch processes are blocked.

Checking your eBay token

  1. Firstly, we’ll check your eBay token to ensure it hasn’t expired. When generating the token, it’s best to take a note of the expiry date so that you’re prepared to refresh the token when it expires. To check the eBay token from the Neto dashboard, navigate to eBay > Setup & Tools.

  2. Click on Store Manager. If the Token Status is invalid, click on the store ID to generate a new token.

  3. Click the Generate New eBay Token button and it will redirect you to eBay to login and refresh the token. Orders should start coming through within 5 minutes.

Checking your batch processes

  1. Firstly, we’ll be checking your eBay process queue. From the Neto dashboard, navigate and open eBay > Pending and Running process queues.

  2. Looking at the Date Created for the process, if you notice it’s taking too long, such as hours or days or you notice there is too many processes, it’s best to highlight all these processes and press Stop Selected.

  3. This will end any current processes. There is no consequences for doing this as Neto will automatically re-initiate these processes again.

  4. We also recommend checking and ending any stuck processes in your other Neto queues. To check these queues, navigate to Setup & Tools > All settings & tools.

  5. Click the Import & Export tab and open the Running process queue.

  6. Look for a process called ebay_batch. If it has been running for longer than an hour, end it. A new one will already be scheduled to run in the next 15 mins.
