Filtering Orders by Status

Neto organises orders into statuses for easy management. You can quickly and easily process orders in bulk by filtering by a particular status. This function is especially useful if you have a large number of orders that you would like to process.

By default, you can view all of your orders in the Neto CPANEL by going to View All Orders from the Orders drop down menu on the top navigation bar. This will display all orders of all status, from newest to oldest. You can easily filter out orders and change which ones are displayed by applying filters to your list.

You can filter your orders by:

  • Quote
  • Uncommitted
  • On Hold
  • New
  • Pick
  • Pack
  • New Backorder
  • Backorder Approved
  • Pending Pickup
  • Pending Dispatch
  • Dispatched
  • Cancelled

To view all orders that fall under any of the above categories:

Select a specific order status from the Orders drop down menu.

This will display all orders in the Neto System with the relevant status, from newest to oldest.

You will also be able to see how many orders are in any given status via the drop down menu.

You can apply two, three or more filters at the same time to further narrow down the orders displayed in your list.
