Information Page Overview

Information pages allow you to pass on information to your customers. For example, an About Us page, or a Contact Us page. These types of pages are another great way to engage your customers, and humanise your business.

To access your information pages, or create a new one, from the CPANEL go to:

  1. Content > Information Pages > View All

You'll find there are already some pages set up there as examples, like an About Us page, and a Privacy Policy etc.

The WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor is an easy way to edit your text content within Neto, without the need of HTML knowledge.

Acting like a text editor, a WYSIWYG editor is available on most content and information pages within your Neto web shop, while logged into your CPANEL.

Adding an image to an Information Page

Having an image on an information page, like About Us, is a great way to show your customers who you are, show off your office or warehouse or some of your products!

When adding an image on any page you should take into consideration the file size and format. The larger the image, the longer it will take to load and the more bandwidth your site will be using.

The best file format varies depending on the type of image you're wanting to add to your page. JPEG's are a great option for photographs, but not so great for logos etc. GIFs are perfect for simple logos and clip art style images. And PNG's are lossless and the perfect choice for those more complex logos, with a wide range of colours available.

To add an image to an information page, first head to: CPANEL > Content > Information Page > View All and select the information page you'd like to add the image to.

Here you can use the WYSIWYG editor to add an image by selecting the Add Image icon:

Here you'll be prompted to either use an already uploaded image, or you can upload a new one. Once you've selected an image, and if desired, inputted your image dimensions, press okay. You'll then see your image in the WYSIWYG editor! Remember to save your changes!
