Setting up Outlets / Warehouses



What are outlets?

An outlet is another name for a store or shop front. You can keep track of stock and sales at multiple outlets from a single Neto control panel. You can also assign staff users to outlets.

If you have multiple shop fronts, you must setup an outlet for each one.

From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Products and click on Warehouses / Locations.

Does Neto POS support multiple warehouses / outlets?

Yes. The number of warehouses and outlets you can create is determined by your Neto subscription. The latest Neto subscription options can reviewed here.

Can I have multiple registers for each warehouse / outlet?

Yes. You can have as many registers per outlet as you need. When you create a register you decide which warehouse it is associated with.

How can I create or update Warehouses / Outlets?

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Products and click on Warehouses / Locations.
  2. Click on Add new warehouse.
  3. Fill out your warehouse or outlet’s details, and make sure to enter a phone number and an address. This is important as Neto POS registers linked to this location will use these details on tax invoices / receipts.
